• Develop communication channels that enable the effective, consistent, and timely communication of disabled people and staff needs.
• Support life enhancing opportunities for everyone to live, work and belong which will allow them to reach their full potential.
• Assist people with a disability to live a great life; and
• Regularly review the service's operation and provision in response to user feedback.
